Medication
Slogan or short description
Long-term therapy needs continuous control. Some drugs interact with each other so drugs can make them ineffective or sometimes dangerous. Some drugs do not work as they did in the beginning, most of the time the body develops like a kind of addiction. It is very important to regularly check the effectiveness of medication and readjust it in good time.

Challenge
Each drug has its own effects and side effects. From personal experience one should use medication as much as necessary and as little as possible. If that is possible, I recommend my patients to replace pharmacological substances with herbal or organic substances.
value
You can really improve the quality of life of patients if you make optimal adjustments. Overdosing on opiates, for example, makes you tired and can even be life-threatening if the dose is increased in an uncontrolled manner. The dose is increased, but there is no effect, but side effects are clearly noticeable (constipation, drowsiness). Sometimes so-called opiate rotation (one opiate is replaced by another according to the opiate table) can bring better pain coverage and significantly improved alertness. In this way the patient can consciously participate in life again and only sleep all day without being sedated.
